Recounting her experience with wearing the mendeel (headcovering), a high school girl speaks about the issues she faces in making a choice that sets her apart from her peers. In conversations with her friend, they speaks about her experiences with discrimination, belonging, and Islam, while touching upon her family life and future aspirations.
