Pricing:*

  • 1 hour: $40 + $20 (staff time)/hr = $60

  • 3 hours: $110+ $60 (staff time) = $170

  • 6 hours: $340 (including staff time)

  • 9 hours: $500 (including staff time)* time inclusive of access to set-up and clean-up

  • Open, flexible 600 square foot event space

  • 4 six-foot folded tables
 (stored in closet)

  • 40 folded chairs 
(stored in closet)

  • 12 music stands (stored in closet)

  • White board set up on music stands (stored in closet)

  • LCD projector and pull down screen

  • Wifi

  • Kitchen with table, sink, counter + shelves in refrigerator/freezer dedicated for general use

  • ADA accessible bathroom

  • Coat closet

  • Library for browsing of Arabic/English children’s books and array of books on Middle East

 Important Notes

  • Food/catering is permissible provided that user provides own supplies to serve food and cleans the space properly afterwards. User must bring own trash bags and take all trash bags out of the space as we do not have the capacity to store trash generated from use of the space.

  • Walls have artwork displayed, hence hanging anything on or removing anything from the walls is not permitted.

  • Street Parking: FREE on Sundays | Coin meters on Lancaster Ave | FREE two-hour parking on surrounding blocks (no timed limit after 6:30pm)
